Little Adventures- member of the Children's Activity Association (CAA) šŸ˜ƒ

Natalie Hollindrake

Little Adventures is an independent family run business who are very proud to be a member of the CAA (children's Activity Association) šŸ˜

What does this mean?

The CAA (childrens activity association) is an industry-led regulator and accredited body that sets the benchmark for quality and safety in order to raise standards within the children's activity sector. Did you know that ANYONE can set up a childrens activity class for children and you wouldn't know if they had the core basics in place such as insurance or first aid when you sign up with them.

What do the CAA do?

To become a member of the CAA you have to pass quality checks to ensure you have the core things in place such as current first aid, valid business insurance and ensure you implement various policies and procedures. They advise people how to get DBS checks. The CAA gives parents peace of mind so when you choose to attend a class with Little Adventures you can be reassured that you are in safe hands.

A little more...

I have a valid DBS in place but I am also on the update service which also gives added reassurance as having a dbs only means it is valid and relevant at the time the DBS was carried out. The update service keeps your police check current but sadly it isn't a requirement to sign up to the update service.
